The house has three levels. The apartments 1 and 2 are in the groundfloor, and the apartments 3 and 4 are on the second floor.
The distance from the sea and the nearest beach is ca. 150 meters, and the approximately same distance divides the house from the town centre (where you can find a tourist office, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, shops, restaurants, cafes...). The nearest grocery shop is only 50m away from the house.

Baška Voda is a municipality in the Split-Dalmatia County. Located in the central part of the Croatian Adriatic coast, in Dalmatia, 48 km south of Split, on the western part of the Makarska Riviera, and the foot of the mountain Biokovo.

In ancient times, in the place where Baška Voda is now, there was a village Aronia, and apart from the archaeological finds, scientists support their claims with the tabulate Peutingeriana, maps on which the settlement is indicated precisely where Baška Voda is today. In the VII century, penetration of the Slavs occurs, who occupy Aronia, and it ceases to exist.
